The Experience Join me in my knitwear design studio in Boston’s South End for a night of knitting, wine sipping and an exclusive shopping opportunity! In this course, we’ll be learning the basics to get you started on your own knitting adventure with fun chunky yarn, and an easy quick-to-knit pattern to make your own handmade cowl! The Benefits In addition to learning the basics, students will get the chance to chat with me and learn more about my own design process. Come and be immersed for a night in the world of knit fashion and accessories. I’ll have some pieces from my current accessories collection on sale with a special 25% discount for all students, plus some special sneak peeks at next year’s items, samples from previous projects and runway shows, knitting machine demos and more! Already know the basics? No problem. Come along with a project you’re working on and get some help with more advanced techniques, or just have some fun, meet new friends, and chat with us about knitting, fashion, and design! I will provide all the materials and wine you’ll need for the night! Just bring your creativity, questions, and maybe a little patience to get through the first steps. If you have yarn and needles that you like already, or are working on a more advanced project, feel free to bring that along too! This event is 21+
