Freedom of expression and creativity through hoop dance will open you up in ways you'd never imagine. We believe that doing fun activities that doesn't feel like excercise is also a fantastic way to get in shape. At our studio, we provide you with guidance and a safe space to let yourself go with a simple tool called the hula hoop. Come join us! We'd love to meet you. :) By joining this class, you'll receive a custom beginner hula hoop to get your hoop journey started! Once you have confirmed, we'll be sending you a message to find out what your two favorite colors are. By the time you arrive to class, we'll have your beautiful hula hoop ready for you! What are the benefits of hooping? --------------------------------------------- - You may burn up to 400 calories when you hoop intensively for about 30 minutes. - Balance, coordination, stamina and mental awareness will improve. - Flexibility and mobility will increase. - Hooping releases a burst of endorphines, so don't be surprised if your face is hurting from smiling and laughing so much!
