
The InDesign Corporate Marketing Bootcamp training is a comprehensive course that pairs and integrates both of our Corporate Marketing I and II classes. This course runs from December 6th to 9th everyday from 9 AM to 4 PM. This course is a complete foundation that starts at a beginning level and progresses to an intermediate level of mastery. This course provides training for users who need to create professional quality corporate marketing materials and engaging communication pieces using the desktop publishing tool widely regarded as the industry standard. This training enhances our InDesign Bootcamp class, and is specifically tailored for business professionals. Skills you will acquire are applicable for both small and large organizations. You will work with well-designed projects which can be customized and even incorporated into your own workflow. During your class you will create: --Business proposal templates --Business cards --Brochures --Prospectus documents --Annual Reports and more Using InDesign, your instructor will help you create flowing text, and to incorporate graphic frames for importing images and backgrounds. You will be introduced to several color and typography concepts to use in your InDesign workflow, while working with master pages, paragraph and character styles to build layouts quickly and effectively. Finally, you will learn how to export an Acrobat PDF with the proper settings, so that your audience or printer can see your layouts, colors and fonts just as you intended. Then, learn how to maximize your efficiency with quick keys, importing and exporting complicated files, and working with styles including the nesting of styles. Work with tables, table styles and graphics within tables. Utilize transparency and Photoshop Blending Modes. Incorporate Illustrator files and work with type and photo effects from Photoshop. Your instructor will also cover color concepts, typography, working with long documents and incorporating XML into InDesign.
