A sit-down class consisting of different mindful techniques to help lower stress and anxiety while increasing relaxation and concentration. Our Meditation Instructors are certified by the Ananda School of Yoga & Meditation. They are available to teach our members the prerequisites for establishing and sustaining a consistent practice, by providing personal assistance through a variety of Meditation techniques that help develop and enhance mental strength and concentration. This not only allows our members to go deeper into their Meditation practice and open the doors of self-awareness, but to also live a more positive, healthy, and fulfilling life. Each Monday class will be approximately 45 minutes in length. Each Saturday class will be approximately 30 minutes in length. *Yoga mats and cushions will be provided. Please dress comfortably. This class is suitable for all levels*
