The main purpose of the Nirvanic workout to address all the needs of a customer in the 21st century today. We lead our customers through specific activities to keep the body and mind healthy and fit to handle the increasing physical demands of the workplace, and the high-stress levels of our Western culture. The workout will consist of the following: 30 - 35 minutes of circuit training including cardio based calisthenics (strengthen the cardiovascular and muscular systems) 15 - 20 minutes of yoga (improve blood flow and decrease damage accumulated to joints based on sitting for extended periods at a time (6 hours plus in a day) 5 - 10 minutes of meditation/mindfulness training (help alleviate much of the mental stress built up during the day) Nutritious snacks/nutritional education at the end of the class **Don't forget your athletic shoes, workout gear, yoga mat, a meditation cushion, towel, and water! We will provide meditation cushions and yoga mats if needed.**
