Indoor Rowing Class, Row On Austin

This 55-minute class starts with an introduction to the basics of the indoor rowing technique. Working on the WaterRower indoor rowing machine, students will warm up while learning the full rowing stroke, and then begin the high-intensity, but low-impact indoor rowing class called Row On Stamina. Row On Austin classes harness the full body nature of rowing, and toning properties of strength training. Students move between indoor rowing machines and strength training segments, burning calories and pushing their limits. The low-impact nature of rowing makes it the perfect cross-training tool. Classes take place at the Row On Austin rowing studio inside the Body Business Fitness Club.
