When it comes to eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, nutrition is one of the most important aspects of a fitness program. In this 1-hour consultation, we will discuss various aspects of your current lifestyle and develop a program that will enable you to achieve your fitness and health goals. Exercise, healthy living, nutrition, and supplements are among the things we will go over. We will take a look at your habits that take you out of your healthy zone and you will learn how to form new and healthier habits. A healthy mind and healthy body is the goal. You will receive the knowledge and tools to start your own health journey right away. Each guest will receive a personally customized two-week meal plan and a week-long fitness regiment that will set the foundation for a path to success.
I'm a former collegiate athlete that has turned to personal training to better both myself and others. All workouts are completed by myself so no workouts are for "filler", no one sits out and watches unless they are seriously injured. Not "sore" but actually injuried. I train intense. I train like an elite athlete to become an elite athlete. The basis of the class overall is athleticism, not just one sport or skilled area. Its intensity is fashioned after cross fit, the drills are so precise and effective results are guaranteed within a week.
