Learn how to make wild yeasted bagels and herbed cream cheese spread. Students will build a wild yeasted bagel dough featuring whole grains. We will go over weighing, shaping and poaching dough in different liquids to create the perfect bagel. We’ll use a variety of toppings before baking off our bagels to enjoy in class.
