This class offers a fun-filled hands-on experience in making NAAN bread. Students will learn how to make the dough and then we will create personal mini pizzas! We'll start by making a mint cilantro CHUTNEY which will be the base (sauce) or our pizza. Ready-made mango chutney will be available to spread as well. We'll make two toppings for our pizza: 1) curried Paneer (Indian farmers cheese) with onions, baby bell peppers, and mushrooms, and 2) Channa Masala (chickpea curry with onions, garlic and onions). Baked to perfection in a high end oven! And finally, you'll enjoy the fruits of your labor with a MANGO LASSI, a refreshing yogurt mango drink! This is one hands-on cooking experience you won't want to miss! Who doesn't love pizza?
