Bake Crafty Cakes Academy's mission of “growing the practice of home baking” could not be more timely due to economic conditions and other societal changes. The fact is more meals are being prepared at home, and we are at the forefront in sharing our tools and knowledge to not only current bakers, but future generations as well. What Do We Do? What we'll do

Forming pate a choux dough into these baked shells opens the door to countless dessert or appetizer options for a cocktail party, bridal shower, or wedding shower. Fill these french, buttery puffs with delicious homemade pastry cream or a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce for your best fulfillment and satisfaction.
