COMING SOON TO THE ATLANTA AREA. SUMMER 2020. PREREQUISITE :: Soldering for Beginners or practical experience with a jewelry torch. THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS. Okie Dokie? Let’s take those Beginning Soldering skills and build on them to create beautiful and professional pieces for securely capturing a flat-backed, soft gemstone. An inexpensive cabochon will be provided to you for your first attempt. You’ll learn the entire process from fabricating and joining the components, to the finishing processes with various compounds and tools. At the end of the class, you’ll have a sweet, sophisticated ring to add to your set of stackers! Materials Fee: No more than $27 collected on-site via CC or debit card Safety Requirements :: No Exceptions • Closed-toed, low-heeled or no-heeled shoes • Comfortable “play-clothes”.
