The class is a blend of ballet barre, Pilates, yoga and other fun exercise moves. The class is designed for all levels, but mainly for those who like Alex, are recouping from injuries. It's a super fun class and you will feel every muscle working!
This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and Alex guarantees no two days will be alike. All levels are welcome, so be ready to sweat and never be bored. Alex likes to keep his class size from 4-6 people, so that he can focus on each persons posture, technique, and breathing.
Alex Agudo has over 12 years of dance and fitness experience. Alex mixes both forms to create "Body Remix".
30 minute on reformer and 30 minute on the mat.
So join Alex on a journey to a more flexible and strong body.
Come see what body remix can do for you!

Art has always been Alex's passion. Starting dancing at a young age, he found one of his many passions. Always wanting to learn dancing in his true environment Alex travels, when time permits, to the dance rhythm origins to learn the form in it's birth place.
In Brazil he trained with Guillherme Santos, a very well known samba dancer for Portela and Mangueira (Samba schools in Rio de Janeiro). He also lived in Ecuador where he learned traditional cultural dances from the Andean to the Coastal Region. Alex also teaches bachata, salsa, merengue, cumbia, axé, forró, and many more world dances.
Along with dance, Alex also teaches jewelry making classes. He teaches everything from basic stringing techniques to beginners metalsmithing.
