Join our manager Eamon Poplin as he shares his experiences in transforming simple apple cider into delightful hard cider. He will discuss sourcing cider for fermentation, ways to augment it for various results, and managing the fermentation. He will be sharing the results of previous fermentations while creating a new batch for the next class. The price of this class includes an order of fresh-pressed cider that you'll be bringing home with you. You get 5 gallons of cider in a 6.5 gallon fermenter with lid and airlock. Yeasts, nutrients, and other adjusting chemistry are sold separately. Be sure to arrange transportation as a bucket full of cider is quite heavy!
