The Breathing Room is a healing arts studio in the heart of Central Square, just upstairs from Life Alive and the 1369 Coffeehouse. We offer a variety of yoga and movement classes, massage and bodywork services, craniosacral therapy, and reiki healing. In October 2014, we launched a second space in Harvard Square, just across the street from Berryline, where we offer even more yoga and movement classes. Classes in our Central Square location are usually just eight students or less, so you can have the intimacy of a small community and the attention of a dedicated teacher. Classes in our Harvard Square location can fit a couple dozen students without feeling cramped, so you can enjoy the energy of a larger group. Both experienced practitioners and complete newcomers are welcome.
