Bread Baking - Whole Grain
Learn to bake soft fluffy 100% whole grain sandwich bread and whole grain (American style sandwich) focaccia bread and to make chia seed jam. This is a hands-on class. Each person will make, bake, and take home their own loaf of bread, focaccia bread and small container of fresh jam. All supplies and ingredients for the class are supplied as part of the class fee. Six people max per class. There will be fresh bread and jam for tasting during the class. Cost :$40 per person (includes 2 breads and jam) Allergy alert!!!! If you have a dog or cat allergy please be aware that we have one cat and a miniature Maltese dog (which are considered hypoallergenic but there is no guarantee). Payment due in advance. Cancelations accepted until 48 hours before class. No refunds if cancelled less 48 hours before class. I am a former caterer who now teaches private and cooking and baking lessons. I enjoy connecting with people and helping them find their confidence in the kitchen. I believe everyone is capable to putting together a wonderful meal and baking great tasting breads and goodies.
