As a culinary instructor, Chef Matt takes pride in guiding you through the intricate steps of creating homemade pasta (Linguini, Pappardelle & Farfelle). You will also learn how to create classic Italian sauces from Chef Matt’s famous Bolognese to a traditional Pesto.
A delicious dessert will follow the meal. Vegetarian options can be available upon request. Guests are encouraged to BYOB.

Matt is a seasoned Chef with a dedication that began 25 years ago in the mixing bowls of Sally Ann’s Bakery in Massachusetts. It led to a business degree from UMass, Amherst in Hospitality & Restaurant Management, French Culinary School in California and a serious addiction to baked goods. Since then he has enjoyed rolling up his sleeves in every role from Personal Chef and Kitchen Manager to teaching classes at Sur La Table and Family Community Centers throughout San Francisco.
