As a culinary instructor, Chef Matt takes pride in guiding you through the intricate steps of creating homemade pasta (Linguini, Pappardelle & Farfelle). You will also learn how to create classic Italian sauces from Chef Matt’s famous Bolognese to a traditional Pesto. A delicious dessert will follow the meal.
