About Your Host

The American Rhythm Center is a program of the Chicago Human Rhythm Project. The new home for dance in Chicago, offering affordable classes for dancers of all levels and rehearsal spaces for dance and theater arts. Major funding has been provided by Elaine Cohen and Arlen Rubin, The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, The Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation, The Joyce Foundation, The Boeing Company, Pamela Crutchfield, The Richard H. What we'll do

This class is designed help hip hop and urban dancers develop their improv skills by giving students a variety of styles and concepts to better their movement vocabulary and diversity in hip hop dance.
