Nia Dancing & Body Movement Class
Taught by Deborah Darr, Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken to soul-stirring music from more than 45 countries. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. Step into your own joyful journey with Nia, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think and live. Note: This class is designated for ages 18 and up.
The American Rhythm Center is a program of the Chicago Human Rhythm Project. The new home for dance in Chicago, offering affordable classes for dancers of all levels and rehearsal spaces for dance and theater arts.
