Boxing in Chicago. Boxing Fitness focuses on the fundamentals of boxing. Consisting of 20 min of Cardio, 10 min of Cross fit, 20 min of boxing and 10 min of exercises. Great class for beginners and people trying to lose some weight.

"My training style emphasizing counter punches, pressure and BODY PUNCHING. I do NOT take fights simply to take fights. I do NOT want my fighters just to fight. I want my fighters to want to WIN. I definitely believe in the saying "less is more." I would rather have a small team that is better skilled than a team that is over staffed and under utilized."
