Whether you're planning on being a host or a guest this holiday season, this 2-hr program will teach you proper etiquette for the holidays to insure you're prepared! Enjoy a 4-course meal included with the class, at The Ritz Carlton while going over everything from how to write an invitation, to dining skills for both hosts and guests, plus much much more! Upon finishing the class, students will receive a certificate of completion. Carol Lynn is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington, DC, the nations’ most respected institution of etiquette training. Her experience is from years of interviewing Dentists in the dental community, in order to learn the “business of dentistry”. While she was CEO and President of Dental Team Unlimited in MD, DC and VA, Carol interviewed potential employees for the dental arena. By instructing dental candidates how to present themselves professionally and with etiquette for a potential position in a dental office, she now offers her expertise to the total business world. For 15 years she has been an event planner for Profit groups. 15 years prior to that she planned events for Not for Profit groups. Her negotiations with Hotels and restaurants have been extremely helpful while organizations have thrived. While in the pharmaceutical and financial service industry of her career and residing in Maryland for 17 years, Carol was a frequent instructor at the top Ivy League Universities in the Northeast. This included Harvard, Tufts, Boston U., NYU, Columbia, U of MD, VA Tech., Yale and U.Conn.
