Intro to Kettlebells
Kettlebell Sport training is a fun way to improve strength and conditioning -- whether you want to try it for general fitness or to compete in this fast-growing sport, this small group class is for you! In this introductory session, you will learn from Chicago Kettlebell Club Head Coach & Competitor Bea Rodriguez how to properly and safely execute the basic building blocks of Kettlebell exercises. You'll walk away with a great workout, and a chance to join Chicago's first Kettlebell Sport Team. Male, female, novice or advanced athletes - this small group training is for you.
A mission-driven professional, Bea combines her skills in kettlebell sport, teaching, program design, project management, and communication to help transform as many lives as possible. Founder and President of Chicago Kettlebell Club (CKC) LLC, she offers private and semi-private training, workshops, and coaching services to help clients achieve fitness goals. She is the City Leader for International Kettlebell Lifting Federation, and is Founder of the Women’s International Kettlebell Sport Summit. CKC aims to build a community of diverse and strong kettlebell lifters who can make a difference in each other’s lives and the lives of others.
