Come Try Parkour | Discovery Class
Come try parkour in a 60-minute class taught by experts in the art! The class is meant to be an introduction to Parkour. It begins with a warm-up during which we will assess everyone's skill level and goals. We tailor the instruction around each students needs. Depending on the class, we will be focusing on rolling, vaulting, swinging, jumping, climbing, and all kinds of creative movements using the obstacles we have in our facility. _________________________________________________________________________________________ BENEFITS: 1.
