Are you new to Pole Dancing or want to try our studio? In this 1.5 hour class you will be introduced to the basics of pole. You will begin with a strength and stretch focused warm up that will introduce you to the muscle groups you will be using to accomplish basic pole tricks. We incorporate safe stretch and strengthening techniques that prevent injury while helping you achieve your personal goal. This class is designed to help individual progression, focus on the athleticism of the pole, and can be taken as a supplemental class to work solely on the pole tricks introduced in our Breaking the ICE Series classes.
