Cross Training Group - Dolores Park
Cross Training mixes cardio and muscle toning to improve your physical condition with functional movements: jumping, running, complete strength exercices, core workout, coordination and flexibility... One hour Cardio outdoor class in Dolores Park. I use equipments like elastic band, hurdles, balls, jump rope, Waff, etc. Come with your own mat, towel and bottle of water. Running shoes, and sport clothes recommended. We meet at the top of the park, between church & 20th.
Alexia Cornu is an entrepreneur from France who moved to the Bay Area in 2014. She got a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences in 2009, and she started her personal training company. She provided customized sport training plans (beginner to elite athlete), she provided focused sessions to executives, set up sports events (private, group, team building) and organized fitness retreats.
