One hour Cardio outdoor class in Dolores Park. I use equipments like elastic band, hurdles, balls, jump rope, Waff, etc. Come with your own mat, towel and bottle of water. Running shoes, and sport clothes recommended. We meet at the top of the park, between church & 20th.
