Spring Class! Make 2 Weeks of Dinners in Four Hours!
Freezer meal love! School has started - nights are busy, take four hours on a Saturday morning and make all the dinners you'll need for two weeks! Feed a family of four, putting delicious meals on the table in just 15 minutes so you have more time to spend with family. It's a fun way to spend a spring morning: in the kitchen with new friends, making food to nourish us and our families. Everyone will go home with a loaded box of delicious meals, and you might even convert to freezer cooking. Meals are easy to assemble and cook when needed, and very budget-friendly. And the best part, besides the meals stuffed into your freezer (hello, twice-baked potatoes!), is the time you get spent together in the evenings with family. All the shopping is done ahead of time - when you arrive, all you do is cook and assemble meals. Meals include Italian Chicken, Rosemary Chicken, Herbed Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes, Pasta Sauce, Burritos, Frittata, Cranberry Pork Chops, and more!
I'm not professional chef -- I am a mom with a busy family life. I love to cook but can rarely find time on a regular basis for all the prep work and have many nights - especially school nights, where cooking a full meal takes more time than we have. Enter freezer meals! A few hours of prep on a weekend and some cooking - and suddenly all those rushed and stressful evenings are more fun, filled with family time. A few years ago I started inviting friends over so we could do it all together - and it's grown from there. Join me and we'll make your evenings more fun, family filled and still nutritious! I'll even share some tips and tricks I've learned from professional chefs over the years!
