And each course is paired with a different wine or beer. Alternative beverages also provided. This locally sourced menu features the best Spring has to offer: Roasted Asparagus & Prosciutto over Mixed Greens with a Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sweet Pea Soup with a Mint & Crostini garnish, Pan Seared Pork Chops with a Rhubarb-Cherry Sauce, Sugar Snap Peas & Garlic Roasted Baby Fingerling Potatoes, Strawberry Shortcake with Fresh Whipped Cream.
A graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, Gwyn has been cooking and writing about food for more than 20 years.
