Move freely in 360 degrees of space. Hang upside down and allow your spine to stretch and mobilize. Move slowly and mindfully and forget the world outside for a bit. Arrive at least 5 minutes early to get set up. Late comers will not be permitted for liability purposes and respect for others. -personal items: place your belongings in the appropriate space -no cell phones, ever: a ringer is about as frustrating as a hole in the toe of your sock. -no shoes or jewelry: Would you be nervous if your hammock had a giant snag?... us too! -perfume? no thanks. deodorant? yes please. We do a lot of deep breathing... -disinfect: Please disinfect any used equipment with provided cleaner or sprays. -aerial class? A shirt that covers the underarms is mandatory
