DAY OF THE DEAD MEXICAN COOKING CLASS
Join Lola’s Cocina for a delicious Day of the Dead celebration and cooking class! When: Saturday, October 29, 2016 Where: Highlands Ranch, CO Time: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Price: $75 and includes a printed recipe packet, mezcal or tequila tasting, hands-on instruction, multi-course sit-down meal prepared by participants, and a certificate of completion. Learn about the tradition of building an altar that honors and celebrates a loved one who has passed on, prepare some of the customary foods associated with El Día de los Muertos, and enjoy the fruits of your labor in a fun group setting.

Lola's culinary mentors include her relatives and friends as well as some of Mexico’s great chefs and home cooks. She preserves and shares her favorite recipes through Lola’s Cocina.
