Prepare for the Father's day cookout with me, Chef Jim, and learn how to masterfully grill various types of Kebabs and leave with enough BBQ Kebabs for the whole family. I will display how to properly assemble and grill three different types of skewers: (NY Striploin, Shrimp and Scallops, and Chicken). If that is not enough meat for you, bacon will also be available to be added. Each skewer will also include different types of vegetables that will complement all that delicious meat. We will grill samples of each of the Kebabs, so you know what to expect and be able to taste the quality. I will also instruct on how selecting the proper meats and vegetable to fit every appetite and preference. As well as how to best use marinades and sauces to bring out the true flavor of the meat. In the end, we will prepare a side of Fingerling Potatoes that will also be cooked on the grill and discuss several dessert recipes that will not keep you in the kitchen all day. BONUS TREAT: you will be bringing home enough raw food to cook on Father's Day for 3-6 people; you'll also be getting 1 NY Skewer, 1 seafood skewer, and 1 chicken skewer to take home with you.
