Learn to prepare a multi-course meal with ingredients that are well known in Mexico, but may be new to you. When: Friday, September 16, 2016 (Mexican Independence Day!) Where: Highlands Ranch, CO Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Price: $75 and includes hands-on instruction, recipes and methodology packet, mezcal or tequila tasting, and multi-course sit-down meal prepared by participants.
Dolores Wiarco Dweck, known by her nearest and dearest as Lola, has a great appreciation for Mexican cuisine and culture. Lola's culinary mentors include her relatives and friends as well as some of Mexico’s great chefs and home cooks. She preserves and shares her favorite recipes through Lola’s Cocina.
