Learn to “paint” metal with enamels to achieve beautiful, abstract finishes on your jewelry pieces. Your Instructor, Kathy, will lead you through the tools and materials that are best for achieving consistent - and colorful - results. As usual, nothing beats hands-on experiences for learning and each student will have plenty of time to experiment with colors, layering, cat-whiskers, millefiori accents, forms and metal, with plenty of individualized attention.
By the way, our favorite part of the process is to teach all of results from our testing sessions: which torches work best, how the enamels respond to various metals, why kitty litter is best for the pulling station (Yep, kitty litter!), etc. We’re excited to share our knowledge in order to keep you safe and creative.
A $15 materials fee will be collected on-site via CC or cash.
