In this 90 minute demo class, we’ll explore tips on how to select fall produce, prep and store for holiday events, and cook to perfection! We'll also cover how to source your turkey from local farmers. Eliminate some of the stress and scramble for holiday ingredients and recipes by getting ready now for Thanksgiving. Learn how to transform the beautiful farm fresh vegetables and fruits of November into a memorable feast. Creative seasonal holiday recipe ideas will be demonstrated (including pie!) and tasting samples provided.
