She'll guide you through the wonderful world of fresh cheese and just how easy it can be to make your own at home. After the cheese is made, then comes the tasting... depending on what's available at the market, the class will make a simple caprese salad and learn about a few variations. Aprons, tools, workbook, pens will be provided. Wear something you don't mind getting messy (just in case) and comfortable shoes.
