This is the real thing, made with only a board and a rolling pin, the way my grandmother and her grandmother before her did. Learn to thin out translucent sheets of egg pasta to make noodles of every size as well as shapes like garganelli, corzetti, farfalle and many others. Find out about some of the history and traditions that created this special cuisine. At the end of every class you will be able to enjoy a glass of wine and the good company of other students as we share a meal of the beautiful pasta we have made together. All of our classes are hands on and limited in size so that everyone has plenty of personal attention. We use organic ingredients whenever possible.
