Discover the toothsome, rustic goodness that is fresh semolina pasta. This is the pasta of Italy's southern regions, a world apart from the delicte egg noodles of the north. Using only two ingredients, semolina flour and water, you will learn to make dozens of artisinal shapes that can only be formed by hand. Pici, Cavatelli, Fusilli, Orechetti, these are just a few of the delightful pasta shapes we will make together. After the class, stay and enjoy glass of wine with a meal of the pasta we've made and the good company of the other students. Finallly, take home a box of your own "homemades" to share with your family or friends.
