Tina and her Husband Tim opened the Original Spin 360 Fitness in 1998 with the goal to provide people with the means to a better quality of life specializing inTotal Body Transformation, through diet and exercise in a private atmosphere. Spin 360 Fitness was the first Private Spin Studio in the San Gabriel Valley. The dynamic health duo choose The Spinning® program due to their global leadership in indoor cycling training, education and equipment. Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the Spinning program and patented Spinner® bikes deliver a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace. Spin 360 is the kind of place where real men and women feel comfortable as they soon learn there is an athlete in everyone. In their private weight training studio many college and professional athletes and various celebrities have risen to the challenge that Spin 360 offers. Our goal is for every client to discover the strength they never knew they had. Over the years much has changed with the addition of yoga, pilates, booty barre, golf instruction, kick boxing and much more to offer. The studio has expanded. 360 Core Fitness was added to the class schedule in 2015. These additional classes are only available at 360 Core, located directly next door to Spin 360 Fitness. The 2 studios share one website. The classes are located in Unit # J, for spinning, weight training ( private or group) and for weight loss consultations. The Core classes; Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Pilates, Barre, kickboxing and Bollywood dance classes are located in unit #K.

What we'll do

Pilates® is an innovative mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion.
