Does the array of herbs and spices leaving you wondering which to use and when? You’re not alone! In this hands-on class we’ll create three fabulous dishes using both fresh and dried herbs and spices and you’ll leave with a new sense of confidence and creativity!
A graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, Gwyn has been cooking and writing about food for more than 20 years. She has worked in numerous B&Bs, country inns, and country clubs on the East Coast. And now, as a native of Southern Maryland, she offers her special skills to help you improve yours in the kitchen.
