Chef Steve, culinary instructor, is offering a hands on tamale class for the holidays. The classes will be held on December 7th and December 14th, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Chef Steve will discuss the origins of tamales from Mesoamerica. The class will culminate with a sit down authentic Tamale Dinner. Guest will also have the opportunity to take some tamales home to enjoy during the holidays.
