Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun! Come and learn the spreading, layering, tucking and rolling. There is no wrong way of making sushi! In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you will learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls, including how to make sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, with additional, gourmet neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. Salmon is used in this class along with carrot, avocado, cucumber and nori. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets or are available in every home kitchen. Our events are casual – from the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step to the friend who’d rather assist (and taste) and meant to be fun and instructive, not hard core. After the event, you will bring home the food you made and a recipe with detailed procedures. Secure your seats 15 minutes before start time, especially if part of a large group. Food and drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
