Vinyasa Yoga class!
Slow but strong, this class will deepen your awareness of your breath and your body in all its possibilities. Gentle Flowing Yoga movements and deep stretches to increase flexibility and release are interspersed with long holds in Yoga poses to build strength and stability. By slowing down we give ourselves time to be mindfully challenge ourselves to our capacity, and always without judgement. Bring a light heart and an open mind and see what Yoga can do for you! Please let the instructor know of any relevant injuries to find the right way to practice for your unique body. All bodies and levels welcome!
