Kickboxing Cardio Self Defense Class
This weekend we offer two classes Saturday and Sunday at 3 PM. Kick, punch and sweat, learn some self defense technique. Get rid of stress. Bring gloves, if you have, or use ours, wear something you like to sweat in.
