This class combines aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics, and dance to create an amazing total body workout! The yoga swing, aka - yoga trapeze, is a piece of supportive fabric that is hung like a swing, with multiple fabric loops on both sides of the main swing. Students can use the main swing or side loops to manipulate their bodies into different poses for stretching, toning, or strengthening from head to toe! The swing helps increase the ability to enter challenging stretching or fitness poses/exercises with more safety and ease. This all-levels class is great for students that want to find a low-impact fitness routine that can build strength, balance, and flexibility, or accelerate the healing process of physical ailments. Many accomplished athletes utilize the aerial yoga swing workout to benefit their other types of fitness training, such as aerial arts, dance, martial arts, pole dance, etc. Ages 14 - Adult.
