Join Chef Manuel and learn how to make a delicious Paella Valenciana (Chicken and Seafood Paella). Chef Manuel unpacks the history of this Spainihs culinary blank canvas "The Paella" while demonstrating the proper techniques to create this timeless and delicious dish. In a Nut Shell After a short presentation, in which Chef Manuel will talk about the Paella's history, ingredients and cooking techniques, Chef Manuel will ask for volunteers to help him prep some of the ingredients, once all the ingredients are ready, he will begin cooking a paella large enough for all in attendance. As he prepares the delicious meal, he will go over the cooking process step-by-step, giving participants a front-row seat to seeing The Paella Artisan at work. Once the delicious Paella Valenciana is done, Chef Manuel will pass out portions to each student. At that time, students will decide to sit down and enjoy their serving at the cozy "Sidewalk Cafe", or take it home to enjoy later. ***REQUEST A PRIVATE CLASS for you and your friends and I will come to you.
