Unicycle Classes for Kids by Sophia Pellmann
Learn to ride on just one wheel! Ages 6+. Unicycling is a lot of fun. It improves balance & coordination as well as it strengthens all, but especially core muscles. In addition balance activities like unicycling help to practice concentration, motivation and persistence. Unicycling is not difficult, but it does take practice. Just like any other activity involving balance, it may be slow going in the beginning. However, with practice, you will progress faster and faster until you will learn something new each day. We provide helmets and high-quality beginners unicycles in two different in addition to instruction from a world champion unicyclist. We request that class participants bring flat-soled and closed-toed shoes, clothes that are easy to move in, water and a good attitude. If you or your child would feel more comfortable using extra protection we encourage you to do so.
I teach unicycling to kids and adults. I have been teaching unicycling for 6+ years and won multiple world champion titles. Unicycling is a lot of fun and I'm sure you'll love it too!
