"HardBodyCore" Circuit interval training is a balanced blend of Free weights and Calisthenic exercises combined for a Total body experience that burns fat, and builds muscle like no other! All round conditioning, constant changing routines allows the body to adapt to the exercises at a much slower pace,and minimizing the body from ever plateauing! Experience change like never before! *10 exercises / 15-10 second rest / 3 sets / 3-2 minute breaks
