The circuit is designed to target every muscle, methodically thought out and planned to give you a all round fun, balanced, and kickass workout, building every muscle 1 minute at a time with a smile! Bodybuilding has a whole new meaning. Creating muscle mass combine it with a circuit, and the results are everything you dreamed. *10 exercises / 10 second rest / 3 sets / 1.5 minute breaks
