Join Nicole Rutsch to learn the basics of making both sweet and savory jams. Nicole will discuss and demonstrate how she makes her signature Peach and Raspberry Lavender Jam and class participants will learn how to make a basic jelly and jam from scratch! Workshop attendees will go home with a jar of jam and recipe cards. Nicole will also share some of her favorite recipes using jams for way more than just your morning toast! We will munch on some of her bites + paired with cheeses and meats. She will shares how to use jams in marinades, on sandwiches, in baking, and more! We provide all the equipment and ingredients. No experience is required! Our events are casual – from the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step to the friend who’d rather assist (and taste) and meant to be fun and instructive, not hard core. Secure your seats 15 minutes before start time, especially if part of a large group. Food and drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
