Come to a Fitness Bootcamp in LA. Reconstruction Bootcamp is a one-hour bootcamp focused on high intensity, full body group workouts. We use kettlebells, flip and drag tires, box jumps, weighted squats, team drills, etc. All levels welcomed as weight and number of reps depends on your fitness level!
