3 Dates leading up to the L.A. Spartan Race Stadium Sprint! 7/1, 7/22, 8/5, limited to ONLY 20 people! Reconstruction will head to the Culver City Stairs for this brand new series. The distance covered at Culver City will be determined by you. Your objective is to do as many "laps" as you can in 2.5 hours. You will receive a bracelet for every lap you make. We will start with 715 ft of stairs (282 steps), where you will meet me at the top for a series of workouts, monkey bar practice, down hill runs, bear crawls, and more. Meet at the bottom of the Culver City stairs to start at 6:30am sharp. If you arrive late, no biggie, you will just start late. There's a water fountain there, but a Camelbak or something to carry water in and a small snack are recommended. Advanced folks are encouraged to bring a weight vest or weighted Ruck.
