Reconstruction Spartan Training Camp
My Spartan Training camps trains in teams and is a 7.5 mile hike up and down Los Leones Canyon, while carrying weighted buckets, wreck bags, and doing all sorts of drills, sprints, burpees, etc. Not for the faint at heart, but then again, neither are Spartan Races! Whether you're training for your next obstacle course race, or looking to train in a fun, non-traditional way, look no further than this. Run time: approximately 4 hours, depending on the group.
