About Your Host

Jess is a Chef, Cookbook Author, Herbalist, and outspoken food security and agriculture activist. She's the owner of Tin Canyon Farm, an Escargot & Mushroom farm, where she cultivates, cooks, and holds personal retreats. She draws her inspiration from her diverse cultural background, a family history with deep roots in food, and the natural mountain environment that surrounds her.

What we'll do

A delight for the senses, this culinary experience transports you to the savory and sweet spice trail of Morocco. In this 3 hour class, we'll create a 4-course meal to share that will have dishes you'll want to make again and again. Grab a friend or 6 and come learn to make an exotic meal you'll never forget.
